Emotions are psychological and physiological responses to experiences. They guide our reactions and decisions.
What Are Feelings?
Feelings are our conscious awareness of emotions, shaped by personal experiences, thoughts, and interpretations.
They are the mental labels we give to emotional states, such as calling fear “anxiety” or joy “contentment.

Difference Between Emotions And Feelings
Definition:

Origin:
Emotions begin in the body through brain and nervous system responses, whereas feelings arise in the mind after we process and give meaning to those emotions.
Duration:
Emotions are short-lived and immediate, while feelings can last longer and linger depending on our thoughts and reflections.
Control:
Emotions are harder to regulate directly because they are instinctive, but feelings can be influenced by our mindset, beliefs, and perspective.
Examples:
Emotions include fear, anger, joy, sadness, and disgust. Feelings include anxiety (from fear), frustration (from anger), and contentment (from joy).
